The Bageshwar district administration has ordered a magisterial inquiry into a road accident case in which one person died and one another was injured when a vehicle
(UK-02-CA-0295) they were travelling in, met with a road accident at a place on the Bageshwar-Rima Road in Bageshwar on February 15, 2014. The road mishap occurred at Binari Band on the Bageshwar-Rima Road around 9 on February 15 night while the ill-fated vehicle was on its from Bageshwar to Rima, added the officials concerned.
However, the district administration, Bageshwar, has appointed SDM, Bageshwar Fincharam Chauhan, as investigating officer to conduct a magisterial inquiry into this road accident case.
