STF, Uttarakhand police, handed over a mobile phone to a Spain national, Mikel Garmendia Paddillo, who had lost his cellphone in a train between Khajuraho and Varanasi on May 29. He has been touring India along with his wife. Mikel had registered a complaint about the missing mobile in Varanasi Cantt police station. Mikel reached Risikesh and approached STF regarding the same. Through surveillance, STF, Uttarakhand recovered the mobile phone from Mohammad Ali Hussain, a native of Bhadoi, (Uttar Pradesh) and handed it over to Mikel. Varanasi Cantt police was informed about the same.
