The State administration has deputed link officers to handle the responsibilities of IAS officers slated to participate in the training programme from July 27 to September 4 at the lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (lBSNAA) Mussoorie. Joint secretary, Personnel, Atat Singh informed that secretary in charge, milk and dairy development, animal husbandry, Damyanti Dohre has been made the link officer for secretary in charge, cooperatives, land consolidation, Vijay Kumar Dhaundiyal during his training period. Additional secretary to the chief minister, PWD, Vigilance, CEO PMGSY, programme manager PIU (Road and Bridge) UDRP and programme manager UDAP (ADB) Arvind Singh Hyanki has been made the link officer for additional secretary, State Estate, protocol, excise and commissions excise. The Pauri chief development officer Sonika has been made the link officer for Pauri district magistrate Chandrashekhar Bhatt during his training period, while Chamoli CDO Sanjay Kumar has been made the link officer for the duration of Chamoli district magistrate Ashok Kumar’s training.
