The State Meteorological Centre has forecast light to moderate rainfall and thunderstorms that are likely to occur at isolated places especially in the mountainous region on Saturday . The overall weather for the state is likely to remain mainly clear to partly cloudy.
For the Dehradun city the sky is to remain mainly clear to partly cloudy. The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to be around 38 degree Celsius and 25 degree Celsius respectively.
Meanwhile, the maximum and minimum temperatures recorded at various places of the state on Thursday were 37.5 degree Celsius and 23.9 degree Celsius in Dehradun, 37.3 degree Celsius and 24.4 degree Celsius in Pantnagar, 26.6 degree Celsius and 14.5 degree Celsius in Mukteshwar, 27.6 degree Celsius and 16.2 degree Celsius respectively in New Tehri.
