Uttarakhand Meteorological centre has forecast light rain/snow at isolated places, especially in the higher reaches of Uttarakhand, on Saturday.
Snowfall is likely to occur at places with height 4000 m and above, said the Met director Bikram Singh. The weather forecast for Dehradun on Saturday is mainly clear to partly cloudy sky with possibility of thunder cloud development at some areas.
The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 28 degree Celsius and 14 degree Celsius.
The maximum and minimum temperatures reported in Dehradun were 28.8 degree Celsius- one notch above the normal- and 13.0- one degree above the normal -on Friday.
In Mukteshwar, the maximum and minimum
temperatures reported were 19.4 degree Celsius and 8.8 degree Celsius.
