legal awareness camp to be held in Okhalkanda block on Jun 28

The district legal service authority (DlSA), Nainital, is going to organise a multipurpose legal awareness camp  in Okhalkanda block on June 28. The camp will be organised at the Primary School campus at Kaudar village in Nainital’s Okhalkanda block from 11 am on Sunday, said officials and further added that it was first of its kind in a remote village of the district.   

Experts from the legal fraternity, including lawyers, would make the participants aware of various legal matters, added the officials.Apart from learning various legal issues, participants will also be informed about different government- run popular schemes.  At the same time, people might have basic service-related grievances at the camp.Furthermore, experts from the Health department would issue handicap certificates to the physically challenged people at the camp after due medical check-up.
