Police sub-inspector Kuldeep Pant has been appointed as in-charge of Dhara Chowki (Kotwali) on Sunday. Earlier Dehradun SSP Nivedita Kukreti had suspended Dhara Chowki in-charge Vikas Rawat and police constable Praveen Bhushan who was deputed at clock tower to regulate traffic there. SSP had suspended the duo for negligence after she witnessed traffic jam in the Clock Tower area.
