Circulating a provocative facebook message which appeared like supporting the terror act of killing CRPF personnel at Pulwama has proved costly for a first-year engineering student from Kashmir. Acting on the complaints, the management of the Ras Bihari University suspended him. The university has also sought an explanation from the student and set up an inquiry committee to investigate the case.
Meanwhile, reacting to a question asked on the issue, Chief Minister, Trivendra Singh Rawat, said that the security agencies would investigate the case.
