The number of inspections, examination results, health checks-up of the students and implementation of court orders would be part of the Confidential Report (CR) of Education department officers. The Director General of School Education D Senthil Pandiyan released the order for the points on which the officers would write the CR of their subordinates on Friday.
The DG in his order has said that apart from the normal format the Block, District, Divisional and State level officers of Education department should incorporate some more points in CR. The officers should inform about the inspections, post inspection follow-up and number of total inspections done in the district.
The health checkup under Child Health Programme, number of children referred to higher centres, number of children found suffering from malnutrition and number of beneficiaries under Gora Devi Kanya Dhan scheme would also be part of CR now. The DG has instructed to include the children getting departmental scholarships, pending and cleared cases of pension, GPF, gratuity and GPF cases in CR now.
The in service training of teachers convened, number of schools where remedial education programmes were conducted and number of construction activities and their status under the RMSA and SSA and board result would also be included by the officers while noting the CR. The DG also reviewed the progress of various projects under RMSA, SSA and literacy mission and inquired about the status of expenses against the allotted budgets in meeting with top department officials on Friday.
