Recent events like complaint of swapping of new born children, child birth on the floor of the hospital and others have put up a question mark over the administration of the women's wing of the GDMC hospital. It is worth mentioning here that an official of rank of Chief Medical Superintendent (CMS) is heading the women's wing of the hospital. Interestingly there is no post of CMS in a medical college hospital but for some unknown reasons, the old post of CMS is continuing.
