Law emerges as one of the evergreen careers for students
Dehradun: Irrespective of the branch selected in class XII, more and more students are opting for neutral career options like law, said Amandep Rajgotra, national product head, Law at Pratham Education. He said that it is seen during global recession times-when many companies go for retrenchment strategies-all other employments save for doctors and lawyers are at stake. “From suave and elegant corporate offices to working in top-notch media houses, lawyers have moved in ten folds from the conventional way to a much modern outlook and approach,” added Rajgotra. He further said that Law becomes the most suitable choice for students aspiring for UPSC. “Another reason why Law has become the most sought after choice is that the course curriculum followed at a Law college is neutral of the stream they are from-Science, Commerce or Humanities,” he said.
