ISC farewell at Cambrian Hall School
Dehradun:The students of Class XI bade farewell to the outgoing ISC batch 2019 on Saturday. The principal of the school S C Biala in his speech appreciated the staff and the students for organising the function and wished good luck and success to the students of class XII while expressing a hope that they would do very well not just in ISC examinations but in all walks of life, taking the glory of their alma mater to greater heights.
Annual singing & dancing competition at Olympus High School
Dehradun:The Olympus High school hosted the annual singing and dancing competition within their school campus on Saturday. The winners from Group A, B and C were Vivaan Vyas, Mariyam Malik and Harshit Dhingia respectively. The runners-up in all three categories were Anushka Singh, Ahana Malla and Maliha Malla. The event concluded with a memento presentation to the judges by the principal Olympus High Anuradha Malla.
Christmas Carnival at Delhi Public School Dehradun
Dehradun:Delhi Public School Dehradun organised Christmas Carnival in its campus. The carnival was inaugurated by the principal B K Singh. A variety of lip-smacking food stalls offering pizzas, candies, south Indian dishes, Bengali cuisine, hot and cold beverages added to the spirit of the festivity. The youngsters made merry at the different games stalls while participating in various games such as body zorbing, gun shooting, sumo wrestling, valley crossing and paint ball. The students also enjoyed the haunted house which was the highlight of the day. The main attraction of the day was the Christmas bonanza in the form of lucky draw. Over 15 consolation prizes were also given in the form of planted pencils, which had organic seeds at the bottom. Among others present was the vice- principal of the school Shubhra Pande Tiwari.
