The rise in the cases of heart disease is very alarming; improper life style and diet are some of the reasons responsible for this abrupt increase in the number of heart patients. Under such circumstances it is important for the medical students to have the knowledge of the vital factors in the treatment and medical consultation of heart patients. The registrar cum secretary of the Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi, Archna Mudgal made a presentation on the topic, “Pharm-D-Future opportunities” on the occasion.
