Reacting to Academy’s first response over this controversy, Ruby Choudhary said over phone, “I am being victimised by the police. Police are not listening to me. They are playing a one-sided role to manipulate things into exonerating Jain. No FIR is being lodged in the police station based on my statement. I am for a full-blown probe to crack the case. I am challenging the academy management to provide all the video recordings and CCTV footages to the investigators to ensure a fair probe instead of rejecting my charges outright.”
