During his visit at the Patanjali Yog Peeth in Haridwar on Friday, the Speaker of Himachal Pradesh Assembly Rajeev Bindal requested the Patanjali Trust general secretary Acharya Balkrishna to make Himachal Pradesh a part of the Patanjali’s growth plans. He also made a proposal of opening a branch of Patanjali Yog Peeth in his State.
While lauding the initiatives taken by Patanjali Yog Peeth in generating employment for the youths of the country, the Speaker of the neighbouring state said that the trust has achieved unparalleled success in the realms of health, education, medicine and industry in a very short time.
“It has set new benchmarks in the domain of medicines. The Ayurvedic treatment of Patanjali has already gained global acceptance,” he said.
Acharya Balkrishna said that once the proposed food processing facility comes up in Himachal Pradesh the farmers of the State would be greatly benefitted. It must be written here that Patanjali Trust has made a global name and fame for itself through its philanthropic works.
