MlA Ganesh Joshi asked a question about how many unemployed educated youths are getting allowance under skill development schemes.
Then Cabinet Minister Harish Chandra Durgapal said in Mussoorie Assembly constituency 127 out of 15,800 eligible getting allowances under the scheme. As per the norms intermediate pass youth get Rs 750 per month, graduate get Rs 1,000 per month and post graduate gets Rs 1250 per month.
