Considering the present climatic and other factors the number of people visiting the Kedarnath temple in the high Himalayan region in Rudraprayag district has remained in hundreds at present. According to information provided by the district emergency operation centre, on Monday till 8 AM, 352 persons from Sonprayag, 341 from Gaurikund, 230 from Junglechatti and 16 from Bhimbali had gone to visit the Kedarnath shrine.
