After a spell of torrential shower in Dehradun on Thursday, many places were waterlogged with the residents being forced to wade through ankle- deep water to reach destinations. The  nallahs  which turned chocked following the rain compounded things, sending the people to fume over the apathy of the civic body and others towards their worsening plight.  More is store for the next 24 hours as forecast by the Met department, they are worrying over what would happen the already waterlogged roads. Things were particularly bad in several areas of the city like Crossroad Mall, Dobhal Chowk, Mohkampur, Rispana and Chuna Bhatta.  Traffic was affected too with long snarls being witnessed on many of the important roads of the city.
