Hearing on the anticipatory bail plea of suspended IAS officer Pankaj Pandey, the high court of Uttarakhand has set the next date of hearing on October 10 and sought a reply from the state. The single bench of justice Manoj Tiwari heard the plea here on Friday. It will be recalled that Pandey is one of the two IAS officer suspended on the basis of suspected involvement in the national highway 74 compensation scam.
