In a writ petition questioning the tender procedure of the Municipal Corporation of Dehradun for advertisement hoardings, the Uttarakhand HC has sought a reply from the MCD in 10 days. According to a representative of the petitioner, Divya Himgiri Media Solutions Private limited, the petition was taken up by the single bench of Justice Alok Singh on Friday. The MCD has been given 10 days to reply along with an affidavit. The State administration has already ordered an inquiry into the allegations.
