Informing, Bramchari Dayanand of Matri Sadan who had gone to attend the  hearing of the case in Nainital High Court on Thursday, said that things were going in the right direction.

Notably, Matri Sadan had filed a petition in the High Court against five State officials for wilfully disobeying Section 5 of  the Environment Protection Act 1986 on May 3. The petition was filed against  Chief Secretary S Ramaswamy, IAS Shailesh Bagauli, District Magistrate Deepak Rawat, DlO IPS Rawat and DFO HK Singh.
