Chief Minister Harish Rawat has described the Rail Budget 2014-15 as a balanced one.
He has welcomed the suggestions given to improve the railways and make it more secure. The Chief Minister said that the interest of all States has been secured in the Rail Budget. He has expressed his gratitude for a weekly express train from Kathgodam to lucknow and an express service from Ramnagar to Chandigarh.
