Noted Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh along with model and actor Rahul Dev were present in the city to inaugurate ‘The Capital’ project of the GTM Group, here at Sahastradhara Road on Thursday.
The launch programme held at Touchwood School also comprised tree plantation. Highlighting the details of the project, CMD of the GTM group Tushar Kumar said “The project stands for providing affordable residential places to the patrons of all needs as per the requirements followed by financial aspects.
It offers a wide range of 1, 2, 3& 4 BHK flats on the same land allotted by SIIDCUl (State Infrastructure and Industrial Development Corporation of Uttarakhand limited). He further said that it is the first ever ‘Green Building’ project of Dehradun, in accordance with the values of sustaining the society and the environment by adopting eco friendly technologies and practices.
Further the launch program happened to take place in Touchwood School, Dehradun, which was followed by the intense interaction between the Inaugurators, media people and the community. “The Capital” Brochure was also gratifyingly introduced by the chief personalities and they deserve a special notice for the enthusiasm with which they responded to queries of the multitude not less than 500 to 600.
