Governor Paul said that  the objective of giving such awards  is to create healthy competition among the school children and to encourage them to achieve their cherished goals.

Paul said good education must include civilisational ethos of the country.  The youths rightly educated can make some positive changes in the society and prod the country in the right direction.

Governor laid emphasis on inculcating moral education among school children. School teachers can play a significant role in building character of their students. The role of teachers is not just to provide the students with theoretical knowledge but to motivate them rightly. He applauded the students, their parents and their teachers who work hard to achieve this.

Governor further said that an environment should be developed for the students in such a way that they opt for their careers according to their choice. It is not necessary that all the students would be good in academy, he said, adding that many are good in sports, arts and other activities. They should identify their strength first and then work on it with full dedication, Governor  Paul  said.
