The Bharatiya Janata Party state president Banshidhar Bhagat has opined that the Congress is itself guilty of murdering democracy and is now duping the public by sloganeering to save democracy.
The Congress movement is mainly an attempt to divert public focus from voices being raised against the party leadership in Rajasthan and other parts of the country. However, the public understands this. Bhagat said that the Congress is guilty of the murder of democracy and the deaths of thousands of innocents. The Congress has imposed emergency in the nation and during that period, caused the deaths of thousands apart from which it ousted democratically elected governments on many occasions. The Congress is getting scattered as witnessed in Rajasthan.
In some other states too, voices are rising within the party against its leadership. Bhagat asked why the Congress is staging demonstrations in Uttarakhand and other parts of the nation regarding an issue pertaining to Rajasthan.
