District Magistrates have been instructed to be vigilant and rescue the stranded pilgrims because roads have blocked due to debris. “So far, we have received reports of six deaths — three deaths each from Rudraprayag and Dehradun. On Monday, the department is going to have intensive meeting, which was scheduled, to assess the situation.”
