The Governor who arrived for the first time in Bharadisain to address the Budget Session was accorded ceremonial guard of honour just outside the Assembly building.
The guard of honour was given by 40 unit of Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC) based in Haridwar.
The Governor was then formally escorted by the speaker Prem Chand Agarwal, Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Prakash Pant to the Assembly.
