A girl on Sunday alleged a boy for exploiting her for seven long years. The boy was in relationship with the girl for the last seven years, but turned down her marriage proposal after exploiting her all these years, police said. The girl lodged a complaint with Kotwali police.
Police said that Nidhi Sharma (name changed), a resident of Chukkhuwala, was in relationship with Nitin Rastogi, a resident of Meerut. She came in contact with the boy while pursuing degree course from a college in Meerut. The girl is now settled in Rishikesh since her father retired recently.
In her complaint, the girl alleged that Rastogi had physical relation with her many time during last years, promising that he would marry her. But whenever she pressurised him to solemnise the marriage, he turned down her proposal and threatened her with life. The girl said that the boy threatened that he would kill her if she disclose this to anyone. Seeing no way out, the girl lodged a complaint with the police who have registered a case (FIR number- 129/13) under Sections 376 and 506 of IPC against the youth.
Kotwali Police Station in-charge DS Negi said, “A case has been registered into the matter. A police team, comprising a sub-inspector and constables, has been constituted to look into the matter.” Police said that action in the matter would be ensured.
