In a two day camp held at Ramakrishna mission hospital in Kankhal, free laproscopic procedures were done on patients registered from the different parts of Uttarakhand. A team of doctors led by laparoscopy surgeon Dr Om Tamta from ILS hospital Kolkata conducted the operations. The patients were operated upon for treatment of various abdominal and other ailments.
Swami Dayadhipananda of the mission Ashram told this correspondent that out of 32 patients registered, 14 patients got operated upon for treatment of gall bladder stone, hernia and other intestinal disorders.
