Five Parliamentary secretaries Furkan Ahmed, Vijaypal Sajwan, Ganesh Godiyal, Manoj Tiwari and Hemesh Kharkwal, who were without portfolio since change of guard in Uttarakhand, may take oath of office on Sunday.
