The Minister and Principal secretaries in charge of the districts would now remain present at the districts allotted to them on last Friday of every month to address public grievances. An order in this respect was given by the Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat on Thursday.
The Ministers who are having dual responsibilities of the districts would be available in the district headquarter of second district under their charge on last Saturday. In his order the CM has said that all ministers in-charge, principal secretaries and secretaries should conduct review meeting and hold Janata Milan programmes and ensure redressing all grievances on the spot.
CM has also directed all District Magistrates to make necessary arrangements for the programmes in their district and remain in contact with minister and PS in charges of their districts. He has also directed the chief secretary that the directions of minister in charges are effectively implemented.
