The entrepreneurs urged the State Government to go all out in creating a congenial atmosphere for their investment in setting up new industrial units during a programme hosted by the SIIDCUl Entrepreneur Welfare Society (SEWS). The state finance minister Prakash Pant who inaugurated it assured the entrepreneurs that the State Government would go the whole hog to ensure that the State’s economy  looks up through industrialisation. The programme was arranged to deepen coordination between the State Government and the entrepreneurs, said the members of SEWS. Among the entrepreneurs present at the meeting were the plant head Tata Motors Anal Vijay Singh and plant head Mahindra Nayakji Bajaj.

Singh said that things can look up if the state government walks some extra miles to provide a better infrastructure to the entrepreneurs who are interested to set up units here. Secretary Anit Singh and Vijay Mishra dwelt on the website of SEWS  while many of the entrepreneurs present spoke at length of the projects started under corporate social responsibility (CSR).
