To show unity among Congress legislatures before media, the Chief Minister was addressing media along with two MlAs namely Madan Singh Bisht and Subodh Uniyal, who were sitting on either side.
Both MlAs did not bother to offer their seat to Cabinet Minister Harish Chandra Durgapal; so the Minister had to sit next to the MlA Uniyal. As if the MlA is senior to the minister or the minister does not belong to Congress party; so they did not offer seat next to the Chief Minister.
