Two DMs out of seven DMs, who were transferred and kept waiting on Monday, were given posting on Tuesday. In which Dr Ranjit Kumar Sinha, who was transferred from Tehri DM, has been made vice chairman of Haridwar Development Authority (HAD) and secretary of Uttarakhand public service commission; Nidhimani Tripathi, who was transferred from Nainital DM, has been given charge of Additional Secretary to CM. HAD VC Chandrashekhar Bhatt, who was transferred as DM Pauri and later withdrawn by the state government on Monday late evening, has been transferred as Additional commissioner of Uttarakhand Transport corporation and MD of UTC.
