A team of doctors of the associated hospital of Doon Medical College (DMC) organised a health camp at the Child Care Centre located inside Nari Niketan on Thursday.
The team found seven inmates malnourished and advised that the inmates should be provided with nutrient rich food.
The team consisted of Child Specialist Dr P S Rawat and physician Dr S K Varun. The team also examined 35 inmates of Balika Sadan in the camp.
Dr Rawat later informed that all girls were found to be in good health but in some children were found with skin problem and malnutrition.
The district Probation officer, Meena Bisht said that the doctors advise on diet would be followed.
She added that the malnourished children were recently admitted in the centre.
