Taking exception of absenteeism of some coordinators from the training programme organised for them at State Project Office, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), the Director General (DG) school education, D Senthil Pandiyan has taken disciplinary action against them. On Tuesday coordinator Dehradun district Ajay Parihar, coordinator of Naintal Devendra Bhainsoda and coordinator of Almora K S Mehra failed to appear at the training of department. The DG asked the department to ensure that the three coordinators attend the next training session on their own expense and should take a personal leave for the occasion. He said that the next increment of these employees would be given only when they attend this session. Similar action was initiated against the Principals of District Institutes of Education and Training of Bageshwar and lohaghat.
