Plastic bottles, rappers of chips and biscuits are lying scattered at various points in the Gandhi Park. The scene apparently indicates seriousness of the locals about cleanliness in the park. Instead of dropping used bottle in the dustbins, they throw them away in the park.
Though the park visitors make tall claims about cleanliness, they seem to be least bothered about it. They often blame the municipal body. Also, those visiting the parks are also seem to be least bothered for cleanliness of the park since they throw disposable water bottles and packs in the park, though dustbins are there.As a matter of fact tey just throw the plastics away like it were a public dustbin.Such apathy is sadenning for a beautiful place like this.
Municipal authorities after providing some facilities in the park left it to pity of locals. They didn’t pay attention to its maintenance.
