In connection with murder of Dadri (Ghaziabad) MlA Mahendra Singh Bhati, CBI court, Dehradun has fixed next hearing on February 28. The court was supposed to deliver the verdict on Thursday, but due to unavoidable reason, the next hearing was fixed on February 28. It should be mentioned here that Bhati along with his aides was murdered by unidentified persons at Bhagel Road (Railway crossing) on September 13, 1992. CBI had filed charge -sheet against gangster lakkarpala, DP Yadav among eight persons, it is learnt.
