It should be additional secretary Joshi was sent for 14 days judicial custody after his arrest under section 376-C of IPC by the special police team formed recently by the state police in connection with rape case registered by a woman against joshi who has been accused of sexually exploiting her for two years on the pretext of giving her a job.
