State BJP in-charge Shyam Jaju, who was supposed to reach Dehradun, was allegedly stopped by the police at Roorkee on Friday in view of the communal flare-up that happened at landhaura on June 1. When BJP workers staged a protest, the administration allowed his vehicle to go to Dehradun and he arrived.
