Dehradun Police arrested a gang of thieves on Monday who had allegedly scooted with ornaments worth lakhs of rupees from a shop located in Premnagar police station area on March 13. Police recovered 17 grams gold ornaments from the accused. Dehradun Senior Superintendent of Police Kewal Khurana said this while interacting with mediapersons. He said that the accused have been identified as Saharanpur (Uttar Pradesh) natives Shaakir Ali, Iqbal and Pravez Khan. Police have been deployed at different places to nab the fourth accused Zafar.
