The convention of governing council of Maha Devi Kanya Pathshala (MKP) was organised on Sunday. The account statements of the year 2011-12, 2012-13, 2013-14 and 2014-15 were passed unanimously on the occasion.
The governing body appointed Pankaj Gupta as the auditor for the organisation for next three years. The council decided to update the membership list of the organisation.
The governing body also took decision to hold audit of MKP PG College and decided that a letter in this respect would be dispatched to College Principal. The meeting was coordinated by the Secretary of organization Jitendra Singh Negi and attended by Vice Preident V K Painyuli and others.
