Taking cognizance of people's inconvenience, Uttarakhand Congress vice president Suryakant Dhasmana met DGP BS Sidhu and demanded immediate withdrawal of new traffic plan.
He also warned that if he fails to withdraw the plan, then Congress party would stage protest against the police in Dehradun on Saturday.
