Uttarakhand Congress spokesperson Dhirendra Pratap said that the Congress would organise a Statewide protest against the BJP, which is running false propaganda to malign the image of Congress Government, by March 18. In this regard, they would organise ‘BJP bhandphod divas’ at district headquarter.
Commenting against the BJP’s behaviour in Vidhan Sabha, Pratap said that as Bhati commission, which was constituted to conduct enquiry on seven issues, including Citurgia, hydro power, Kumbha, TDC, Dhaicha seed purchase, anomaly in centrally sponsored schemes and corbet national park land deal, submitted their report on Dhaicha seed purchase they made a strategy to create false propaganda. In this process, they have started campaign against the Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna and party has decided to protest against the BJP on public forum.
In Haryana, ex-Chief Minister Om Prakash Chautala had to go jail due to his involvement in corruption and now Uttarakhand former CM or ex-Cabinet Minister may face similar situation here so they have begun false propaganda to put pressure on the Congress Government.
