BJP National Secretary TS Rawat has alleged that the Congress-led State Government has failed on all fronts.
He also expressed his concern over the increasing prices of the essential commodities and also demanded from the State Government to take potent steps to check infiltration from across the international borders.
In a press statement issued by Rawat, he expressed his concern over the spiraling rise in the prices of the food grains in the country despite fact that the farmers live across the country.
According to him, the economic status of the farmers in the country has been deteriorating as the Union Government is procuring petroleum products from the international market.
He said that that inflation has been increasing and every community is badly affected with the price hike of essential commodities in the country.
According to him, 46 per cent hike in the prices of lPG, 108 per cent hike in the prices of kerosene, 79 per cent hike in the prices of diesel, 96 per cent hike in the prices of petrol was recorded in the last seven years. Additionally, Reserve Bank of India has revised interest rate 14 times and price of petrol was revised for 14 times.
Rawat has alleged that the prices of essential commodities were hiked due to the wrong and anti people policies implemented by Government.
He said that the Union Government has failed on all fronts for redressing the grievances of the common man.
