A three-day State level conference on recent research developments in the field of anesthesia ended at Max superspeciality hospital on Sunday. The conference was organised by the Max hospital in association with the Uttarakhand Society of Anesthesiologists.
The organising secretary and Head of Department of Anesthesia at Max Hospital, Dehradun Dr Sanjeev Nivargi said, “The conference aimed to provide a comprehensive overview on the latest updates, new research developments, controversies and dilemmas spanning the entire spectrum in the field of anesthesia. Information about various medical fields like general surgery, critical care, cardiology, neurology directly associated with the Anesthesia field was given to the participants.”
He further added that doctors of Anesthesia team and Cardiac Anesthesia team of Max hospital are experts in giving Anesthesia to highly specialised surgeries from Infants to the octogenarians and are adept at giving Anesthesia to complicated surgeries in high risk patients.”
The workshop was attended by eminent anesthetists from Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
