Uttarakhand Meteorological Centre has forecast cold wave conditions at isolated places in the plains of Uttarakhand. Fog or mist would occur in the plains and dense fog may come up especially in Haridwar and Udham Singh Nagar districts. Ground frost would occur at isolated places, said Uttarakhand Meteorological Centre director Anand Sharma on Friday.

Fog/mist may come up in some areas during morning/night. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 18°C and 04°C respectively on Saturday in Dehradun. The weather forecast for Uttarakhand is mainly clear to partly cloudy sky. Dry weather would prevail in Uttarakhand, he added.
