In what appears to be a fallout to the sting video recently released by the BJP showing alleged corruption in the dealings of the State Government, Mohammed Shahid has been relieved of the posts of secretary to Chief Minister, excise, good governance, corruption eradication and public service, information and public grievances.
He will retain his position in minority welfare, Waqf development corporation and minority welfare corporation.
Secretary in charge of general administration, culture, sports, youth welfare, rural engineering service Shailesh Bagauli has also been made secretary in charge of public grievance and good governance, corruption eradication and public service, informed joint secretary, Personnel, Atar Singh.
According to Singh, principal secretary to CM, Home, Jails and MSME Manisha Panwar has also been given the charge of principal secretary, Information. Principal secretary dairy development, animal husbandry, rain water harvesting, fodder and pasture development, forest and environment, Dr Ranvir Singh has also been given the charge of principal secretary, Excise.
