Chief Minister Harish Rawat, who reached Dehradun from AIIMS, Delhi, on July 16, has surprised everyone because a day before his arrival, State cabinet Harak Singh Rawat along with MlA Subodh Uniyal had visited AIIMS, then CM Rawat had said that he will have to stay here at least 10-12 days more. Suddenly, he reached Dehradun without any prior notice. It has become talk of the day in power corridors. Talking to The Pioneer, State Finance Minister Indira Hridayesh, who was assigned to execute Chief Minister’s routine work as long as CM stays in hospital, has said that she was not aware about CM being discharged from AIIMS and come to know about it through media only.
