After the completion of the floor test in the Vidhan Sabha on May 10, Pradesh Congress Committee president Kishore Upadhya and former Chief Minister Harish Rawat will undertake a ‘homage and justice’ Yatra from the Vidhan Sabha to the martyrs memorial. PCC chief spokesman Mathuradatt Joshi said that due to the imposition of section 144, party workers will not reach the Vidhan Sabha but would join the PCC chief and Rawat in their march from the area outside the purview of section 144.
